Sheraton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel

We stayed overnight before a morning flight, and getting to the hotel inside CDG airport terminal 2, before the gate and security, made it a great fit. The room was neat and clean, with an airport view and a soundproof window, so we had a peaceful sleep after dinner at the hotel. The lobby is quite pretty, and there's a classic French cuisine restaurant on site. 😴❤️

Minocorn was more than pleased! The lounge was wonderful, and I got a lot done during my stay. Amine welcomed me, went over the specials, and suggested the avocado toast and the Red Velvet cocktail of the month. Both were delicious. The place is convenient, with amazing service and ambiance, and it's so well designed you'd never guess it's right in the center of the airport. The accommodations were great too.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety, and the room was spacious, quiet, and had lots of amenities. A few tiles in the shower stall were chipped, but otherwise it was great. Even with the runway nearby, it was super quiet. Service was friendly, except for the concierge making fun of my grade school French. Very convenient, and I'll definitely come back if I have an early morning flight.

The old carpets in the corridors came with a noticeable old hotel smell. Maybe some people find that nostalgic, but it isn't what I expect from the Sheraton brand today. 😄 The room itself, especially the bathroom, also felt dated and needs a proper refurbishment to meet Sheraton standards. The rate didn't feel like good value. We needed somewhere at CDG after a 36-hour delay on our flight from Cape Town to Nice, landing around midnight. The location worked well, and digital check-in was fine. The Sheraton Nice Airport, where we stayed at the start of the trip, felt significantly more modern and pleasant by comparison.
