We were unlucky with the air conditioning, since the listing says only some rooms have it. Our upgraded room had a terrace and a nice view, but no aircon, which was disappointing. The room itself was decent enough, though a cockroach greeted us when we arrived. We could also hear a lot of noise from the stairs and hallway.

The area was beautiful, but after this experience I wouldn't go back. Our room was uncomfortable, with a very small double bed, and the hall smelled of urine. Dogs there barked through the night, and the staff weren't helpful. We'd first booked one room, then changed it to three rooms for two nights. After we said we'd take the rooms they offered, including the upgrade, they gave our rooms away and didn't keep the upgraded room either. We were split between two hotels, one of them utterly atrocious. Appalling service.

The views and food were great, and the location worked really well for a summer stay on a business trip. Beer was the one thing on the pricey side at 8,5€/0,5l.

I only went for a meal, so I can't say anything about the rooms. The food was really nice. On a sunny day, sitting outside with that amazing backdrop would be lovely.
