Dinner was beautifully presented, creative, and delicious, and the castle has a romantic feel with medieval details alongside modern comforts. The terrace is a highlight too. Seeing the sunrise from there was unforgettable, with breathtaking views. A truly memorable stay.

Breakfast on the balcony, with that view, was delicious and a real experience. Dinner was special as well. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were pleasant. I’d happily recommend it.

That aperitif on the terrace with the wonderful view was out of this world. We also loved the charming hospitality and had a great breakfast. The atmosphere and views were lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the exceptional dinner. We’ll definitely come back.

The food was some of the best we had on the trip. We had breakfast and dinner, and ordered almost everything on the menu. The portions are quite small, but everything was beautifully presented and delicious. Anna and Hortense were kind and attentive, and the castle is charming. We stayed one night in their junior suite and superior queen. Parking for the hotel is around the cemetery. We nearly started up the staircase along the castle’s cliffside with our luggage, until a passerby saw us struggling and pointed us the right way. There are a few steps up to the terrace and to some rooms.

The best part is the scenery inside the castle, though the hilltop views of the Gorges and mountains are lovely too. It’s peaceful and quiet, and the castle has been turned into an elegant hotel. There’s a short walk into the village for lunch or a snack. I’ll make a point of staying here again.
