Le Camping de Ma Petite Ferme

For €60 a night, this felt like a rip-off. The title, "My Little Farm: Farmhouse Dining," set me up to expect a somewhat authentic stay, but we arrived at a garden that looked more like a dump. The grass was uncut, nettles were everywhere, dog droppings were scattered around, and there were large stones, broken play equipment including a swing and trampoline, and abandoned things. The pool hadn't been drained since summer and was completely green. The old caravan was in poor condition. Clothes in the cupboard were barely folded and weren't ironed, the bathroom mirrors were tarnished, and cleanliness was very poor. The kettle was disgusting. Outside, the composting toilet was in a pallet shack with a door that barely shut and no light. Electrical wiring was completely substandard, with loose wires hanging outside and bare bulbs throughout the caravan. We didn't enjoy our stay at all. The whole place felt squalid and close to unsanitary. I don't understand how anyone can rent it out. Avoid at all costs!
