The sleeping couch was in awful shape, and the window beside the busy road wouldn’t shut. We were also charged extra to use the couch, even though the listing said there was a bed and a sleeping couch. The apartments are run down and in very poor condition. Don’t stay here.

The weekend was meant to give us a chance to relax after two deaths in my family within less than three weeks. Instead, I had to make a 130 km trip back with a disabled person. I never even stayed at the second accommodation, yet my account was charged €54.15 yesterday, December 3rd. Shameful. This followed a relocation arranged by Booking.com. They didn’t call me back to explain that I would have to pay again for the second place. I finally spoke to someone from the site on Monday. On Saturday, the gentleman from Appart Hôtel de la Tour had told me it wasn’t settled or paid and asked for my ID. I don’t understand any of this. The communication was completely lacking.
