The staff were very kind and helpful, and the location near the centre worked perfectly. The room was small, and there’s no elevator, but it was clean and the bed was good.

We slept really well in a comfortable room, and the service was friendly. The hotel welcomes dogs, too. Parking underneath was handy, although it’s a tight fit for a larger car. Pull up outside and they’ll point you to a space. It’s an easy 10-minute walk into wonderful Troyes.

The location is good, but the rooms are small and the staff weren’t very accommodating. There’s no lift. If you’re lucky, you can use the single parking space in front of the hotel, but only until 9 am.

My room had clearly been refurbished recently, and the AC worked well. The hotel is well placed for seeing the city on foot, and the staff I met were all kind and helpful. Breakfast had a good range of options. You can also reserve secure private parking for just 7€ a night.

A quiet room and a very friendly reception team made this a reasonable budget option. It’s near the train station, at the edge of the historic downtown. My single room was quite small, the bed sagged in the middle, and the toilet seat didn’t fit the bowl. There’s no elevator. I skipped breakfast, though the dining room looked well stocked. A decent choice if you’re watching your budget.
