We found the apartment very clean and it seemed to have been renovated recently. There was plenty of room for our family of four, and the kitchen had all the basics, including tea, salt and oil. The main Turckheim street was just around the corner. The bed was comfortable, while the sofa was only okay for the kids. Picking up the keys from a lockbox made arriving late really easy. Highly recommend it.

Nicolas was kind and helpful, and the kitchen was equipped well enough for us to make our own meals. The place is comfortable and in an excellent location. Keep in mind, though, that it isn't suitable for anyone with limited mobility.

We spent five days here with our children, aged three and six, and it felt like home. The apartment is warm and lovely, with all the little details taken care of. It was a wonderful base for seeing Alsàcia at Christmas, which was beautiful. Our hosts were always attentive. We had a great time!
