Booking this apartment through Booking.com was a very disappointing experience. Two different cards were declined despite having enough funds, and both work regularly without trouble. No one offered another way to pay or any fix. I had to call the property myself, only to be told they couldn’t do anything and that the apartment had already been rented. So I was left without a booking or any options, even though the error wasn’t mine. The service was terrible, with no interest in helping and no empathy for the customer. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
