There’s plenty of parking, including several spots set aside for Tesla Superchargers, and the car park felt safe and well lit. The restaurant staff were friendly, though the menu was very limited. My meal arrived quickly, hot and tasty. At reception I was made to feel welcome. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, good linen and towels. It felt dated, very 70s, though the bathroom was modern. There’s nothing within walking distance, so it seems better suited to a stopover. A refresh of the rooms would help, but those are small points.

The staff were polite and helpful, and both dinner and breakfast were lovely, with plenty to choose from at breakfast. We stayed just one night while in the area and enjoyed the hotel. It’s in the suburbs, but the area is quiet. Our room was simply but nicely decorated and clean. I really recommend it.

The service was friendly, the rooms were nice, and there’s a restaurant nearby. It’s also close to the highway.

Dinner was disgusting, with only two choices for each course. Then I realised the poor waiter was also the cook, bottle washer and everything else. On a national holiday, I had to hunt for a receptionist to check in and was treated like a nuisance. How a group like accord can treat its clients and staff this way is beyond belief. Look at my TripAdvisor review.

The staff were all very kind and responsive when we asked for things. The premises were clean and the surroundings quiet, so we had pleasant nights. The hotel is also well placed for getting around the region. I was really satisfied with the experience.
