The staff really made the stay. They were so friendly and helpful, and even prepared soup and tea especially for my wife when she felt unwell. The hotel is in a fantastic location, and the decor is wonderful. Our Comfort Double Suite was modern and very spacious. I'd gladly recommend the hotel.

I found the whole experience dreadful. The street was noisy, and activity outside woke me at 5am. Breakfast was just passable. When we left, I paid the bill and went on my way, but two hours later the hotel called to say my credit card had been declined. I went back and paid again with another card. Looking at that second receipt, I noticed the amount was different. It turned out I'd paid for a different room, and the declined card belonged to my friend. The owner gave no apology or explanation for what seemed to me to be deliberate misdirection. My friend returned to the hotel afterwards and paid me back.
