The shaded terrace breakfast was generous and delicious, and it made a lovely end to our stay. We were in the area for a birthday celebration in early August and found the Mas des Chênes especially comfortable: our room was spacious, air-conditioned, and tastefully decorated, with excellent bedding, a separate toilet, a bathroom, and a TV. The setting is gorgeous, with a huge pool and canopy loungers. Raymonde and Yves made us feel so welcome. They’re warm, attentive hosts who clearly care about their guests. We’d happily recommend this friendly place, and the chance to spend time with them was a real pleasure. Nathalie and Christian Bouquin

We stayed in a bright, spotless room with lovely decor, and it felt like a real little haven. The garden, full of trees, the pool, and the spa make Le Mat a great place to unwind. Raymonde and the other owners were always smiling, welcoming, friendly, and professional. We’ve just come back and already think this place deserves to be better known. I’d absolutely recommend it.

The kids had a great time, and we found the owners wonderful. We spent the afternoon by the pool, then slept comfortably in a spacious double room. A quiet, stylish, really pleasant address, and a lovely stop during our trip.

We were sorry to miss the evening meal at the table d'hôte. The people running the cottage used to be restaurateurs, and the breakfast was divine, with homemade jam and cake. Even the aromas from the evening’s preparations had us salivating. We’ll come back gladly and have dinner there next time. The farmhouse is beautiful and so quiet, the pool is superb, and everything is decorated with taste. The hosts were very welcoming and gave us lots of useful advice for visiting the region.
