We should’ve booked a longer stay at L'Eveche. It was so peaceful, and the inside felt like a gallery filled with beautiful art. A great place to explore Vaison-la-Romaine and the surrounding region. This was the highlight of our Provence trip.

The Solanum room’s balcony and views made it especially lovely, and it was comfortable too. Breakfast on the terrace was a wonderful start to the day. Jean-Loup and Aude were such kind hosts, and I’d highly recommend staying with them. L’Evêché Chambrés is full of character. Just walking through its many rooms feels like an activity in itself, with so much history and culture around you. It’s in the medieval part of Vaison la Romaine, reached by cobbled streets and a vine-covered door. We’d never stayed anywhere quite like it. Merci beaucoup!

Amélie and Steve from Fréjus That lovely, warm welcome made our two nights in Aude and Jean-Loup's beautiful home all the nicer. Their bed and breakfast sits in the heart of the upper town, and the historic building has plenty of charm. Breakfast was generous, with an enchanting view. We highly recommend it, especially for anyone who enjoys historic buildings.
