We found this hotel very old-fashioned. The bedding was stale, there was lots of dust under the bed, and the bathroom needs work too. The food was unpalatable, with raw, undercooked meat. It was expensive compared with other hotels nearby, and the service felt unprofessional. We waited a long time at reception. We don't recommend it. Service is much friendlier elsewhere.

I've eaten here before, and this time was just like the last, delicious food, nicely presented, with welcoming, friendly service. The real log fire is lovely too. Happy to recommend it, and I'd love to dine here again.

We often stop here for lunch. They serve food all day, which is handy when we're having a late meal after cycling, and the food is very good.

The rooms are good and offer great value, and the scenery is amazing. It's close to the slopes and ski hire shops, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The hard-working staff always try to make your stay a great one.
