The bed sheets had stains on them, and I didn't know what they were or want to find out. Disgusting. The hotel wouldn't replace them, and also refused to fix the heating or check the fuse, which wasn't working either. We got stuck in the elevator several times and waited at least 15 minutes for help. It couldn't handle heavy bags or ski equipment. At first the room seemed nice, but then we noticed a rotten fish smell. The fridge was moldy, the tap water looked yellowish, the walls were cold, and the sound insulation was poor. Don't come here unless you want a holiday from hell. I won't return, and I hope I can recover from the emotional damage this caused me.

Right by the ski lifts, which is the one good thing about this place. The apartments were extremely dirty, with dust everywhere, muddy floors, and beds that were almost moldy. They called our room a six-person apartment, but four is the most it could really fit. The other two would have to sleep on the couch and on a mattress on the floor. The staff were arrogant too. At checkout they said we were supposed to sweep, vacuum, and clean everything, even though it was already like that when we arrived. Avoid this place.

We paid €30 between me and my friends for internet, and it didn't even work. You also have to buy your own toilet paper, which I find inhumane. If you can, don't book this residence.

ok .. couldn't find anything good about this place, and the service and rooms were really disappointing. I went there to ski, so the location was nice. I'll definitely come back to the area because a friend lives there, but definitely not to this place.
