The room was the coziest I've ever stayed in, warm and inviting, and it felt just right for a winter getaway. The hotel's location is great too. Most of all, the staff were professional, attentive, and more helpful than you'd expect. It felt like a winter tale in Val d’Isère, and I'll definitely come back.

The sunny terrace is a lovely place to relax over a meal. The food at Le Névé was excellent, full of flavor, beautifully presented, and made with clearly high-quality ingredients. Service was amazing too. I'll definitely return.

It was shocking to find that two thirds of the small menu weren't available at dinner. Since we'd booked by phone, why hadn't they told us on April 16 that so many main dishes were unavailable? I can understand running out of veal, but not chicken too. The listed fish wasn't available either, and they offered some other kind of fish that wasn't on the menu. We weren't even offered bread. The woman with glasses had a superficial smile and seemed much too busy with another table. The service was awful, the food mediocre, and so many options missing from an already small menu. This doesn't feel like a four-star hotel. Don't bother. The waitress should be retrained or moved to another position.

The breakfast buffet was very good, and we received amazing service. The concierge also suggested some amazing restaurants. The village center is within walking distance, and if you have a lot to carry, there's a great free shuttle.

The rooms are fairly spacious and tastefully decorated, and the staff were remarkably kind and efficient. It's a charming little boutique hotel where you feel pampered. I highly recommend it.
