Hotel Ski Lounge left me really disappointed. The rooms are basic, cleaning was inconsistent, and the hotel lacks adequate conditions. The manager's behavior was by far the worst part. When I asked reception for toilet paper, he yelled at me and called me stupid, saying there was already some in the room. From the moment you arrive, friendliness seems to be missing, and that response to a guest was completely unacceptable. His treatment of children was appalling too. I saw several occasions when he spoke rudely to children and teenagers with arrogance and impatience, as if they were a nuisance, instead of showing them basic patience and respect.

We had a fantastic week with our family as part of a larger group. The rooms had amazing views, and the staff were always smiling, friendly, and happy to help. Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of choice, and the location was handy, just a two minute walk to the bus station. We'll definitely come back.

The half board was fantastic, with imaginative dishes each evening, including scallops, steak, and monkfish. The place has breathtaking views and a prime location, too. When the restaurant was closed on arrival, they gave us two large charcuterie plates. The staff's happiness, friendliness, and helpfulness made the stay unforgettable. A fabulous, happy place to stay.

We had a really comfortable stay, the staff were great, and the half board food was excellent. The only thing that fell short for me was the pool table and table football in the lobby. Guests had to pay with coins to play, and I would've expected those to be free. And for anyone concerned about the sauna, the steam room got very hot, so heat wasn't an issue there.

I'm here for a week of skiing and the views are great. The rooms are nice and clean, the bed's comfy, and the bathroom is modern, maybe recently refurbished. Dinner is fantastic, as is the buffet breakfast, and the sauna is a nice bonus. Staff are great too. The Google reviews seemed surprisingly low to me. Merci!
