We spent the summer in apartment #1 and had a fantastic family holiday. We went biking, hiking, climbing, swimming, played mini golf, and enjoyed the cuisine. We're already planning a return in winter for skiing. The terrace has a spectacular mountain view, and inside there's plenty of space for family dinners, cooking, or a cozy evening by the fireplace. They include unlimited firewood. The kitchen is well equipped with brand new appliances, and the beds were so comfortable I had trouble getting my kids out of them. The location is right in the heart of town, with bars, restaurants, shops, and ski lifts within walking distance. Parking below and taking the elevator up is super convenient. We couldn't be happier with the apartment or the service. I'm not sure what other reviews mean about service falling short. Maybe they stayed during Covid or something.

Cash was stolen from a locked safe on the last day of our family holiday. Someone got through the locked apartment door, yet there was no damage to either the door or the safe. Thank goodness nobody was inside at the time. There had also been times during the week when a member of our party was off the mountain. It seems someone must have had a door key and an "over-ride" key for the safe, but who could access both? The theft and Alpine Resorts' lack of care and responsibility ruined our stay. Their only offer of compensation was a discount on a future booking. This hardly felt like a "5 star" luxury experience. There are plenty of other places to stay, so choose wisely.

The lodge is beautiful, but the service left a lot to be desired. We were promised a mid-week clean that never happened. They kept our €2,000 deposit for weeks, then charged €100 for extra cleaning even though we left the place spotless and washed all the dishes. I still haven't had a reply to my email asking about the refund.
