The place was freezing, and we had to set the heaters to 30 degrees Celsius. The whirlpool bath did help us warm up, but it took more than 40 minutes to fill and was awkward to use. The accommodation is in terrible shape and needs urgent renovation to be habitable. The carpet smelled as if it had never been cleaned. The bedroom swing was unusable, patched and reattached repeatedly, with marks on the ceiling. Paint is peeling, grout is missing, and lots of cables are exposed. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend a couple stay here.

My husband booked this for my birthday on March 8th, 2025, and it was a real disappointment. The alley looked so gloomy that we didn't want to go in. We then spent nearly 40 minutes trying to open the door, while customer service was no help. Downstairs was freezing, though upstairs was warmer. The bathroom seals and general cleanliness were poor, with used tissues and cotton swabs under the sink, watermarks on the tub, and a dirty mirror. When we showered, water ran down the wall and flooded the living room. The TV was just on the floor, and the swing was a mess. It felt mediocre and not worth the price. The place needs a major renovation, and we won't come back.
