The terrace was a lovely place to sit, and the house had thoughtful touches throughout, including a stair gate for the children. We stayed a few days and found it spotless and much more spacious than the photos suggested. Shops are under a 10-minute drive away, with the wine route and other sights easy to reach.

It’s a great base for exploring Alsace, with Strasbourg nearby. The house is self-contained and has been completely renovated inside and out, then furnished comfortably and with good taste. We especially appreciated having a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher, which makes it handy for families with children. There’s also a cozy terrace.
