The hosts were nice, though it helped if you could speak French. We managed to get by. I didn’t dislike the place, it just felt out of date.

The views from our room were amazing, and the old building itself is beautiful. The people were friendly and lovely.

Frédéric and Émilie made us feel so welcome with their warmth and hospitality. We had a wonderful weekend at this magnificent château. The setting is splendid for receptions, with beautiful grounds for aperitifs and celebratory drinks. Inside, the inviting reception hall and the bar built around a striking granite millstone made lovely places to gather. Staying together for the weekend worked brilliantly too, since everyone had their own shower, toilet, and privacy. Simply perfect, thank you.

We’ll leave with wonderful memories and stars in our eyes. Château des Requêtes is a charming little paradise that we’d recommend without hesitation. The château has a peaceful, idyllic feel, and we quickly felt removed from everyday life. Its reception spaces are superb, and the atmosphere is hard to describe, timeless and full of magic. The hosts were kind, available, and good-humored throughout our stay, and their welcome made every moment feel like a happy escape. 💫

Our guest room at the Château des Demandes was very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. The castle is magnificent, and we especially appreciated how warmly the helpful, friendly hosts welcomed us.
