It's a nice little residence, with what you need for a week of skiing, and the ski lifts and shops are right nearby. Just expect that it may be a bit dusty. If you're arriving Saturday to collect your keys, dress warmly: we spent over an hour waiting outside because the organization was a complete mess.
These apartments belong to different owners, so each one may be different. I stayed in 2-101 and got and returned the keys via a lockbox on the door. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen had everything I needed. You can pay for internet, but it was very expensive, if I remember right, €9 a day. The ski room is on the ground floor, with a locker for each apartment. They are small: four sets of skis fit, but boots are harder to fit in.
