Our stay in Valfréjus with Lou Services Immo, from January 3rd to 9th, was disastrous. The apartment was unsanitary when we arrived: used tissues, hair on the sheets, urine on the mattress and hair in the bathtub. We sent photos on the first day and asked to change rooms, but the concierge wouldn’t help. Then, at the end of the stay, the owner demanded that we clean the apartment ourselves and threatened to keep our deposit, even though it had been handed over in such deplorable condition. The whole situation ruined our holiday. We couldn’t relax and were anxious until we left. I strongly advise against this concierge service.
