We loved this place. It was warm and cozy, in a great location about 50 yards from a chairlift. The concierge, Eric, was very friendly and helpful.

The secure entrance and new elevator are welcome updates, and everything was clean and recently renovated. Best of all, the residence sits right by the Charmasson ski lift. Excellent.

The customer service was awful. They don't communicate, and their only answer was to offer us another apartment. They ask guests to clean, yet we found hairs inside, urine stains on the mattress protectors, limescale all over the old taps, a noisy and equally grimy fridge, and a TV with only one working channel out of six. The carpet was so bad I wouldn't sleep on it, and the dishes were in no better shape. For this price, there are better options. A disgrace. They only seem to care about money. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

It's handy to have bars, a performance venue, a spa and service area, and one of the ski lifts so close by. The apartments themselves are tiny, though, and the residence feels dated and due for renovation. It seems better suited to young adults or small families with one child. Just watch out for apartments above the Diablotins daycare center.
