Maurice was one of the most welcoming and caring landlords I’ve met. The apartment felt cosy and like home, with a little garden to sit in during the evening. We stayed three nights. The air conditioning and outdoor blinds kept the room dark and cool enough for good sleep, and the coffee machine was handy in the morning. I’d recommend it completely.

The garden was our favorite part. Having breakfast there each morning while listening to birds in peaceful Vallauris felt priceless. The apartment was very clean and had what we needed for either a short or longer stay, including private parking, which worked well for our rental car. Maurice paid attention to every detail and was available on WhatsApp whenever we had questions. Even before we arrived, he helped us sort out a solution when our flights caused problems. He also made a guide in several languages to interesting places and activities around Cote d'Azur, and shared recommendations. I’d happily recommend staying here.

The apartment was spotless and had nearly everything I needed during Cannes Film Festival. It was easy to get around from Jasmins Studio, and the host was really kind. I had a great stay and would come back.

A lovely garden and a very clean flat. The landlord was professional, organized, and open-minded, and made a great host.
