We made good use of the compact layout, even with the sleeping nook instead of a proper bedroom. The newly renovated apartment had a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and living room packed into a small space, but it worked for us. It was also surprisingly quiet for the area, and the two gates felt like an added safety measure. We didn’t try the pool, though it was still open in late September.

The staff were warm and friendly, and I really enjoyed my stay. It’s a handy base for exploring the region from Menton to Cannes, with a kitchen in the apartment that makes longer visits practical. Parking is free behind two gates, which also keeps things quiet. The train station is about a 20-minute walk, though SNCF trains aren’t very punctual.

I wouldn’t recommend it. There was constant drilling from renovations, even on Saturday, and we never got access to the Wi-Fi. The apartment hadn’t really been cleaned, and four lights didn’t work. The woman who welcomed us was very unprofessional: she kept using her phone, didn’t know all the access codes, had no pen for the forms, and hurried off.

The residence is in a good location, but the inside is in very poor shape. The owner seemed ignorant and tried to charge for every little thing, including €5 for a single laundry tablet. We were charged more than we’d actually agreed to, and it felt like a rip-off. The staff were very rude. Don’t go there.
