I wouldn't recommend the Edelweiss apartment at all, especially at €1800 a week. There are too many problems: lights without bulbs, cracked door panes, no outlets beside the beds, doors that won't shut properly, tape holding light fixtures together, barely any hot water, broken chairs, and sagging mattresses.

Lupins is a lovely top-floor apartment that sleeps eight, with two balconies overlooking the mountains and valley. The large living room has a lot of charm, including a Christmas tree, and the kitchen and dining area are spacious. The owner was easy to reach on WhatsApp and gave us the keys at the chalet. The ski bus stops there, though it fills up fast in peak season. You can also walk to the slopes on a footpath. The sauna and jacuzzi were lovely, with a small extra charge, and could be booked ahead.

What a wonderful mountain break for New Year's! Valloire is lovely, and the chalet was fantastic, with a great location and everything we needed. Our apartment on the fourth floor was ideal for the holidays, with terraces all around and a splendid mountain view. I'd highly recommend it for a ski trip.

Superb chalet! The spa and sauna were pure bliss after a day on the slopes. A friendly, helpful driver runs the shuttle to get you around, which made for a great holiday. Top resort! 👌🎿

The accommodation was clean and functional, and the big, beautiful terrace had a breathtaking view. The owner even welcomed our three pets, which was the best part. He's the only one in the area who does.
