The shop window may look nice, but the salespeople's condescending manner, mocking looks, and undisguised laughter at customers spoiled it. We've encountered much less arrogant staff in far more prestigious shops. They should get off their high horse or find another line of work.

If you're hoping to buy something here, don't expect to browse freely. The gray-haired owner, who is supposedly very friendly, may throw you out. The lower floor was said to be closed, and I quote, “to cut our visit short.” Maybe it's time for him to retire.

We went in to look at and buy masks and Fusalp, but the staff's attitude made us leave straight away. The storefront is magnificent and the brands are impressive, yet the service and advice were the opposite. They came across as arrogant and condescending, and didn't seem to know the products. It's a shame for brands that deserve knowledgeable, welcoming salespeople who listen to customers. Putting the decor together is one thing, but treating people kindly and showing a real wish to help them buy matters more.

The shop was completely empty, but after we'd only had a few seconds to look around, the manager asked in a disdainful tone whether we wanted a cold drink. It was clear he wanted our group of friends to leave. We had arrived in a cheerful mood at this pretty shop and were met with contemptuous looks and an unpleasant cloud of vape smoke. Shocked, we admit we didn't think of a fitting reply to his mocking, cynical tone. We headed for the exit and got a cynical “have a nice day” while we were still in the middle of the shop. That last remark summed him up: a commanding tone and class contempt rooted in old-fashioned manners. Feel free to walk on by. The other shopkeepers we met were appreciably warmer and friendlier.
