VAL D'aurea Entree A : 3 Pièces 6 Personnes / 3 Rooms 6 People

We were on a cycling tour and stayed here. The welcome was really friendly, and the rooms were nicely furnished. The breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had at a hotel in France. We didn’t have dinner there, but the restaurant looked busy, so I’m sure it’s good too. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in Valloire in summer or winter. I’d ignore the comment below saying English people shouldn’t stay here. We’re English and had a fantastic experience.

As part of our Route des Grandes Alpes road trip, we stayed at this nice hotel in the centre of Valloirs. The people were so welcoming and friendly, even helping us park the car. We had a really nice dinner on the terrace, which was a welcome spot as it was very warm outside, and breakfast was perfect. We absolutely loved our stay.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, so this rating is just for its restaurant. I was invited to dinner there to celebrate a special birthday, ten months late. For a top-class meal in Valloire, this has to be the best place. The food and service were excellent.

The room was nice, with extra pillows, and the bed was comfortable. It’s a quiet spot with a bar opposite. I’d stay at this beautiful hotel again when I’m passing through.
