The staff were super helpful and accommodating, and the food was excellent! What more could you ask for?

The staff were really rude, and they wouldn't agree to even a simple change to the food. I won't be coming back!

What a special experience in the mountains. We spent two amazing nights at the Chal’Heureux hotel and loved being out in the wild once the skiers and tourists had left. The rooms are simple, just as you'd expect in a mountain cabin. The staff communicated smoothly to make sure things went well, and they accommodated some personal constraints I had in the village, including using their snowmobile to get in and out. The valet handled our luggage transfers to and from the car perfectly, which was really awesome. It's hard for me to judge the price since there's little to compare this unique offer with. But a sauna and hot tub up in the mountains at 5.30pm? Priceless!

The meal itself was good, and the portions and quality were solid, though the food prices were high and the drinks were outrageously priced. We were greeted by a waitress who was impolite and unfriendly. The waiter who served us was a bit better. After that initial welcome, I didn't leave a tip. French waiters need to work on this.

(Review of the snack bar next to the main building) A burger on the ski slope at a really good price, and the service was very quick. You can pay by card for amounts over €15, and there's a free public restroom too.
