The reception staff were warm and friendly, and our six-person room was comfortable and convenient for a ski holiday. It felt cozy, with a modern, spacious layout, and everything seemed new and well kept. Shops and cafés are within a 400-500 meter walk, as are the ski slopes and ski school. If you're an advanced skier, you can ski back to the hotel entrance.

The layout has several problems, especially the lack of storage. We booked a six-person apartment just for two, and still didn't have enough room for our things. The ski lockers are short on space too. Many apartments adjoin each other, so you hear your neighbors throughout your holiday. If having a view matters to you, check before booking: half the apartments face a nearby building, which might be a bar or just a bare wall. For the price, that wasn't great. We won't stay here again. At first glance, the apartment had seemed okay.

The only real noise issue for us was the sliding door rail at the ground-floor entrance, directly below our first-floor apartment 101. It could bother someone with sensitive hearing. We rented a 2/3-room apartment for two, and the tasteful furniture and decor were nice. Storage was just enough for us, but would likely be insufficient for four or six. The residence is new and right on the slopes, with welcoming staff, a gym, and a heated outdoor pool.

The apartment was nicely decorated and had everything we needed, including a capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave/grill oven, toaster, and kettle. The building was quiet and very well insulated, yet only a five-minute walk from the center. Skiers can step out to the Les Mélezes blue run, with ski lockers by the residence exit. There's a heated outdoor pool and a small gym. Raclette grills can be rented from local shops at the resort. We had an excellent stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
