ibis Lyon Carré de Soie

The breakfast café was pleasant, and everything felt clean and comfortable. Our room was comfortable and quiet, too. The staff were kind and attentive, and went out of their way to make our two-night stay special. We'd happily stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff made us feel welcome and were very helpful. The hotel is right by the metro and the train stations, with connections to the city center and airport respectively. We were satisfied with our stay and would recommend it.

We had two connected rooms, both comfortable and nicely equipped, with enough amenities for our stay. My family and I skipped breakfast because we wanted to try Lyon's food options. The facilities were well kept and clean, and the health measures helped make the place feel safe and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, ready to help with questions or requests. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Public transport is right across the street, and Lyon's Old Town is about 15 minutes away by public transport, so it was easy to explore without staying in the busy center. It was a pleasant, convenient base, and I'd gladly recommend it to travelers visiting the Old Town.

The reception staff were fabulous, especially the afternoon woman, who helped us a lot and even made a reservation for us. Breakfast had a great selection and was replenished regularly. It's easy to get to Stade de Lyon and the city center from here. I'd be very happy to stay again if I returned to Lyon.
