L'Appartement de la Villa l'Olivier

The house is lovely inside and out, with thoughtful decor and a calm, comfortable feel. Chantal welcomed us with a smile and was warm and kind while still giving us space. Breakfast was very good, served either indoors or on the terrace at a beautifully laid table. We left with lovely memories and would happily return if we have the chance. Thank you, Chantal. We highly recommend staying here.

That shaded, roomy terrace was a real treat, both for meals and just relaxing. Inside, the cottage was spacious, practical, spotless, and had everything we could need. I've never seen a rental with so much crockery. The bedding was really good too, and the place was wonderfully quiet. We had a lovely week at Chantal's, and if we're back in the area we'll stay at Villa l'Olivier again. Thanks to Chantal for the warm welcome and for keeping the cottage fresh and so well cared for.

Vaux-sur-Mer is a handy base for getting around the Charente-Maritime region. The apartment was comfortable and very pleasant, and spotlessly clean, which matters a lot these days. Chantal gave us such a warm welcome. As always, an excellent stay, and we'll be back for sure.
