I arrived at 9:45 PM to find nobody at reception and no instructions for getting in. Calls went straight to voicemail, so I was left without a room and had to find somewhere else myself. That's unacceptable. If I was hard to reach, they could have emailed the access codes. Avoid this place at all costs. I've never left a Google review before, but I couldn't let this go. 😡

A lovely, relaxing place to stop. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was delicious in a pretty little dining room, with homemade jams from the welcoming hostess.

I can confirm the previous reviews about the quality here. My credit card had been blocked, and after around ten hotels refused to take a check, the kind lady who runs "L'Etape" let me spend the night in her charming place. I hope she recovers quickly, and I'm grateful for her very warm welcome.

Easy to get to, with a very friendly welcome from the owner. The room was well heated and the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was perfectly decent. An address to keep in mind...

The room was comfortable, and I got a very warm welcome. I'd gladly come back sometime.
