The breakfast was a real highlight: eggs cooked how you like, good fruit, pastries, bread, spreads, barista coffee and fresh juice. Barbara and Maria looked after us with such care that it felt like staying with family, and we missed them after checkout. They were professional and attentive, like staff at a five-star hotel. The garden and pool are cosy, the building is beautiful, and the place was super clean with lots of attention to detail. It had just been renovated, so I’d disregard earlier comments. I worried about street noise but heard nothing and slept like a baby. There are hiking trails nearby for a morning workout, while the town and a grocery store are about a five-minute walk away. I travel for work and usually stay in four- or five-star hotels, but this was the best hotel stay I’ve had. We’ll definitely be back.

Room 4 worked perfectly for my two-night stay with my two boys: it had two connected rooms, each with a full bathroom and shower, and the layout thoughtfully covered a traveller’s needs. The breakfast was fantastic, with the European spread of breads, cheeses, meats, cakes, pastries, fruit, juices and coffee. It was an absolute deal. A perfect base for exploring Vence.

We spent five nights in a large, quiet, clean room with an old-fashioned style. The pool area was perfect for unwinding after a drive to a nearby city, and Vence itself was only a seven-minute walk away. This peaceful little paradise was a joy, and breakfast was almost the best part of each day. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

The staff were discreet but there whenever we needed them, and they gave us lots of good advice. Breakfast was fresh and quite decent. The small, charming hotel is about eight minutes from the historic centre, and the pool looks out over the famous rock of Vence. I’d recommend staying several nights to get more time to enjoy this medieval town.

Breakfast on the terrace was just what we needed to start the day, and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed at the Villa Roserai for four days, and the whole visit was perfect from beginning to end. Our room was beautifully decorated with elegant, typical “Provence” details alongside modern comforts, including air conditioning, a small fridge and a great shower. If you want to experience real Provence hospitality, this is the place.
