The shared kitchen and dining space works really well for breakfast and lunch, and there’s a lovely deck outside each room for relaxing in sun or shade. All three studio rooms are comfortable, with a great shower. It’s a quiet retreat just a few minutes by car or bike from central Montalivet. The whole place is wheelchair accessible, which is brilliant since accessible accommodation can be hard to find in Montalivet. The accessible studio’s wet room has a grab bar by the toilet, which is useful, but the toilet is standard height and there’s no shower seat. We brought our own shower seat and raised toilet seat. Marie-Emanuelle and her husband are welcoming, friendly hosts. We’ll definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at 1001 Nuits. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped, and the lounge is handy for meals. The sunny pool was a lovely extra. Marie Emmanuelle and Laurent are so welcoming, always there to greet you and offer help or advice if you need it.

The owners were very friendly, and the kitchen was well equipped. The bedroom was large and had a walk-in shower. Best of all, there’s a 12m x 3.5m pool, just right when it’s 35°C outside. I’d be very happy to come back.

The hosts were attentive and friendly, and the room was spacious and well equipped. There’s a large, pleasant pool, and breakfast was generous with plenty of variety.

The room was quiet and spacious, with quality bedding and wonderfully soft sheets. The kitchen and living room are roomy too, and breakfast comes with homemade cakes and jams in generous portions. Wi-Fi worked well. We used self check-in, which was very convenient, and then got a lovely welcome. Romain deserves a special mention, he was pleasant and always smiling.
