A month later, we're still thinking fondly about the holiday we spent here with our children. The vineyard is lovely, and the house gave us plenty of room, with tasteful decor that made us feel at home. We enjoyed meals together on the terrace, and the pool was amazing. In the evenings, the pétanque court kept us entertained. The owners gave us such a warm welcome. We highly recommend staying here.

The owners were a real highlight, friendly and helpful throughout our group stay at La Maison L'Eperon. They also run their own winery, and we had a fantastic vineyard and winery tour followed by a tasting of their wines. The house itself is a huge, well-equipped 5-bedroom villa with plenty of space to relax, cook, and clean. We especially liked the big living room for movie nights and the large backyard for pétanque games. It's around 30 minutes from Bordeaux, and several wineries and charming towns were easy to visit on day trips. We had an incredible stay and would gladly return. It's a great choice for a large group or family looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway in Bordeaux wine country.

Olivier and Natasha were caring, professional, and so nice. They live nearby if you need advice to make the most of your stay. Their newly renovated villa is beautiful and tastefully done, with a pool right on the vineyard, where you can try a very good Bordeaux Superior. There are plenty of ways to spend a quiet holiday, from wine tasting and horse riding to ocean beaches, Saint-Emilion haut cuisine, and the culture and energy of Bordeaux.

We spent a week at La Maison L’Eperon and highly recommend it. The property is kept to a very high standard, the owners were superb hosts, and it's a great base for exploring the Bordeaux area.
