Breakfast had a great range of homemade jams, and there were activities like champagne tastings that I didn't get time to try. My room was clean and really comfortable, and the host was very pleasant. It's a lovely, quiet spot away from the usual paths.

We stumbled on this wonderful bed and breakfast and came back with the whole family. We hope to return with guests, too. The rooms are playful and thoughtfully designed, bringing modern comfort into a historic setting, and the grounds are peaceful and lovely for relaxing. Fred is a charming, humble, genuine host with plenty of knowledge about the wines and champagne he offers and the local area. He's also an amazing cook, so having a French country dinner made by Fred is well worth adding to your stay. He took care of every need. I'd give it more than five stars.
