The lake views and garden at Villa Bagatelle make it hard to leave, and being able to step straight into the lake in the morning is really special. We had a great time with family, kayaking, paddle boarding, and playing table tennis. The villa is perfectly placed for walks and bike rides, with easy access to Annecy town centre. Alexandra and her family gave us their usual lovely welcome. Another wonderful stay, and we can’t wait to come back.

Villa Bagatelle was a perfect place for our month in Veyrier du lac, right on the shores of Lake Annecy. The lake at the end of the garden was amazing, and the accommodation had everything we needed. It felt like five star luxury. Alexandra and her father were very welcoming and helpful. Sorry to leave this magical place.

We stayed for two weeks and would have happily stayed two years. Villa Bagatelle is a remarkable waterfront home south of Annecy, in Veyrier du Lac, close to pretty much everything: a Michelin 1 restaurant, food store, meat store, bakery, and bike and boat rentals, all within walking distance. Alexandra and her father Michel were wonderful and quick to answer all our questions and needs. Speaking for my whole family, it was a wonderful experience. If we make the trip again, we’ll certainly stay with VisionLuxe. Thank you both for making dreams come true!

With its water and mountain views and position right on the water, this house is in one of the best spots in Veyrier-Du-Lac. You can swim, boat, take part in water sports, or just relax on the lawn. There’s also a jacuzzi and a beautiful sun drenched terrace for dining outside. Annecy is a fantastic playground. Superb. 💯

We loved the unique decor and high quality, easy-to-use equipment in this spacious holiday home. It has private access straight to Lake of Annecy and a beautiful, almost paradisiacal setting. The owners were caring and very nice. Best service we’ve had renting a house in France by far. (Family of 5 from Frankfurt am Main, Germany)
