Dany gives the place a lot of warmth and pays close attention to breakfast. The little pool sits in the vine-covered courtyard between the stone buildings. La Maison du Farfadet has plenty of fabrics, vases, and other things tucked into every corner, so it may not suit anyone hoping for flower-filled balconies and neat lawns. But it has its own style and plenty of charm if you look past that.

We had a lovely few days here with friends, keeping the evenings quiet so we wouldn't disturb the neighbors. The house feels peaceful, with a refreshing pool, comfortable shared spaces, and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. A real little paradise.

This was our first bed and breakfast stay, a Christmas gift, and we spent three nights in a house full of charm. The weather kept us from enjoying the romantic garden as much as we'd hoped, though I still remember the jasmine beside our room. What stayed with me most was how kind and welcoming the host was. "Dany" went out of his way for us, made us feel comfortable, and helped us explore the region. Breakfast in the lovely kitchen was memorable, with almost everything homemade. When we left, it felt like saying goodbye to a friend. Thank you for those memories, we'll be back.

The pool was dirty, and I wasn't impressed with either the bed or the breakfast during the few days I stayed here.
