Camping Club Le Napoleon

We’d happily recommend this Marvilla Park site. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, the site was well managed, and the location is great for both the beach and restaurants. Special thanks to Samia. The only downside during our 10 days was the heat. It reached 39 degrees in the shade, with many days around 32-36 degrees, which was a bit too hot for us. But we’re British, so of course we’ll complain about the weather. Excellent vacation!

A lovely campsite and wonderful staff made for a brilliant 12-night holiday. It struck a nice balance between being lively and relaxed. We’d gladly come back if we’re in the region again. Thanks for having us, France!

We liked Le Napoléon enough to book another stay for 2025 after visiting in September 2024. The small site was clean and attractive, with trees and flowers, and had everything we needed. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed relaxing in the lovely warm rectangular pool. September was still gloriously warm, even outside high season. The location was a huge help and saved us hundreds of pounds because we didn’t need to hire a car. Béziers airport is just 10 minutes away by taxi, though we took the tourist bus to Vias old town. The entrance is right on the main tourist street of Vias Plage, with all the shops nearby. There’s a well-stocked SPAR next door and another farther up the road, plus an excellent bakery and greengrocers 150 metres away. The seafront and beach are a three-minute walk. In summer, the tourist bus goes to the old town, where you can have coffee in the picturesque square and shop for bargains at ALDI. Outside high season there’s no bus, so it’s a 25-minute walk. That’s not great with children, as part of the route has no footpath. Looking forward to coming back!

A nice spot for a family holiday, with a pleasant park and great pools. The beds were incredibly hard, though, so we had to pile blankets on the mattresses to make them comfortable.
