I came to see my grandmother for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the residence and its surroundings. She’s very happy living here, and knowing that the staff who welcomed me help keep her safe reassures me. Her apartment is comfortable and well furnished, and the ground floor rooms are spacious. I especially enjoyed walking with her through the park to see the vegetable garden and the sheep.

The staff are always kind and attentive. It’s a pleasant place to live for our patients, and a particularly nice workplace for us healthcare professionals. This senior residence is an excellent alternative to a nursing home. I highly recommend it.

The surroundings are pleasant and the residence is secure, so I hope the new management will improve things. But over the last two years, the service has dropped considerably. The food is worse, the landings aren’t clean, and the pool often doesn’t work properly, while residents’ prices have gone up. Staff turnover is high. I’ve repeatedly asked to meet with successive managers; they listened, but nothing came of it. On Monday afternoon, the third floor still hadn’t been cleaned at all, and the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. At these expensive residences, the service should match the price.

We stayed one night in this senior residence and found the setting beautiful and peaceful. The staff were welcoming, and having breakfast in our apartment on the terrace overlooking the park was really relaxing.
