The hotel feels a little worn, though it was acceptable for a three-star stay. Breakfast could use more choice, especially fresh vegetables, and the cheese and charcuterie selection was very limited.

I'm not sure why the reviews are so negative. We paid 70€ in December '22 and got a clean room, working facilities, a really good bed, and very friendly staff. The location was amazing too. Anything beyond that was a bonus.

Right in the center of Vichy, this lovely boutique hotel has an old-school feel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Make sure you visit their spa!

The rooms are basic but were clean and tidy, though the hotel could use some attention. Its central spot makes it easy to get around Vichy. The secure garage is small, so reserve a space, but at 8 euros a day it was worth it and cheaper than parking on the street.

We had a cozy, clean stay in a great location in this lovely little city. The restaurant was pretty good too, and excellent value for money.
