The room was roomy, breakfast was good, and the staff were really friendly. The only snag was weak cold-water pressure, which made taking a shower tricky. I'd definitely recommend it otherwise.

The man at reception, who was also working on renovating the place, was so friendly, helpful, and hardworking. His relaxed manner made the stay feel welcoming. I ended up staying an extra night because of trouble with my motorbike, and I was the only guest. The room was spacious and adequate, though the decor was questionable.

The staff kept checking that I was comfortable and did more than expected to make the stay enjoyable. My room was clean and comfortable, too. I'll definitely stay here again.

The beds were decent, but the price didn't feel like great value. There was a lot of noise in the morning, and despite what we'd been told, parking wasn't free. Not terrible, just not great.

The rooms were comfortable, and there were plenty of parking spots outside. It's a very nice hotel right in the centre of Vichy.
