Résidence Victoria

Getting hold of them seems impossible. The contact page on the website has a bug, even after trying three browsers on two different computers. Emails get no reply either. Calling the main number just sends you to another department's voicemail. I left my details and asked for a call back, but nobody called. It really feels like they don't want customers.

The location is handy, close to the town center and thermal baths, and there's a private parking space. The ground-floor studio was clean, but much too cramped. In my opinion, it needs less furniture: the big wardrobe by the kitchen, the TV cabinet that blocks the walkway, and even the large halogen lamp take up too much room. A shame, since the studio is already small.

Everything is within walking distance, and the studio was very clean and well equipped. The parking lot is noisy and quite narrow if you have a large car. The bedding could do with replacing, and air conditioning would be welcome since the window is open.

Booking was quick and easy, by phone or online. The owner was easy to reach and flexible about our arrival and departure times. The residence itself is quiet and comfortable, with private parking.
