I carried out around thirty jobs for this company, always on time and to the best of my ability, even though some studios had a strong musty smell. There was one small misunderstanding over a single accommodation after the tenant's keys were rented out. The place was in dreadful shape, with stains everywhere, a flooded kitchen and glass all over the bathroom. I cleaned the whole apartment, but the gentleman says I only did the bedrooms and claims to have photos, which I find hard to believe. He then refused to pay the bill for all the October work. This company should be avoided. More than €400 is still owed and blocked. I have photos of the accommodation as it was when I arrived and after I left.

Future tenants, be careful: this residence often cancels bookings at the last minute. Management can't be relied on, and commitments aren't kept. I'd avoid it. A reminder: if the owner cancels, the tenant can legally claim twice the amount paid under Tourism Code, art. L.211-14.

I booked more than two months ahead, and the host confirmed it. When I arrived, though, they said there was no booking under my name. The managers just blamed the booking platform and showed no self-reflection. They didn't try to find a solution.

The location is what makes this good value, and I would book here again. Our apartment was small but furnished with taste and worked well. I think the complex is an attractive, creative residential project, though it may suit people with a more alternative lifestyle better. The whole complex is under construction, so be aware of that when you book.
