The apartment was nice and functional, though we were cold despite the small space heater. The radiators didn't seem suited to this kind of place. In the ground-floor studio, the cleaning lady made a lot of noise and left the front door open, so cold air came in.

David was always available and genuinely friendly, and I'd happily book through him again. I rented a studio from David Yves of the Vichy Thermal Concierge Service for three peaceful weeks. It was on the first floor and superbly equipped. Caillou Thermal Center was a 3-minute walk away, Les Dômes took 5 minutes on foot, and the town center, restaurants and shops were all easy to reach on foot. I could leave my car parked free in front of the apartment for the whole time I was having my spa treatment, which was very convenient.
