For a group of 58, the Fondeville family put together and served a fabulous lunch. We took a while to all arrive, but the team handled the wait with phenomenal flexibility and hospitality. The terrace tables were nicely arranged and had enough shade, and the service was excellent.

We were out in the Corsican wilderness, and the kindness and calm we found there were exceptional.

It's a great base for hiking, and the pool is lovely. The owner made us feel warmly welcomed, the rooms were fine, and breakfast was excellent.

The mountain view was lovely, and the Hotel U Paradisu was quiet and ideally situated. We enjoyed relaxing on the shaded terrace and swimming in the pool. Breakfast was a real pleasure too, especially the local jams and cakes. Jean-Pierre welcomed us with such warmth and kindness, and we're grateful for that.
