L'Imprévu

We got a warm welcome, and it was handy to park the car in the courtyard. The room was very pleasant, and breakfast was served there. From the room you could see the garden, and outside there was a view of the mountains.

The welcome was very warm, and the breakfast was nice, though nothing special. The place is oddly located next to a supermarket, but that does make shopping easy. Given the temperatures, the accommodation felt damp, especially the sheets. The price could perhaps have been a little lower, around 70-80 euros. Good luck.

We were happy with our stay, and the suite with the Jacuzzi was very pleasant. The breakfast was generous and delicious, and everything was impeccably clean. The host was welcoming, though she looked rushed in the morning, with it being the last weekend of the school holidays and so much else to do. Thanks to this energetic young woman for working so hard to keep on top of everything and satisfy her guests. We were cold in the single room’s bathroom, even with the radiator on, so perhaps there’s an insulation problem. The car in the garden looked completely abandoned when we arrived, almost like a wreck, which gave a bad first impression. It’s a shame, because the garden is very pleasant. I’m sharing these small criticisms in the hope they help you improve and as encouragement. Thank you. Sincerely.

We spent two nights in the double room with a garden view. It was comfortable, with perfect bedding, and the new room had a calming feel and a mountain view. The service was attentive, and having the chef’s food served in the room or on our private terrace was pure bliss. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to come back and try the jacuzzi suite!
