The pool and spa are dirty and don’t seem to be well looked after.

I stayed in duplex apartment number 206. The price probably reflects a four-star rating, but during the February school holidays reception was closed from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the sauna wasn’t working. The apartment had old radiators. The one in the main room had been replaced by a small convector heater, and even with the bathroom heater turned up all the way, it was barely warm. There was an Elis bag for the bed linen in the apartment, and we had to make our own beds. Some four-star service...

I had an excellent stay at this residence in winter. It has a welcoming atmosphere, things are well organized, and the setting is very pleasant. The accommodation is comfortable and practical, just right for relaxing after a day out. I highly recommend it.
