The motorway location is handy for a long drive through France, but the motel-style hotel is very run down. The carpets were tired and dirty, the bathroom smelled, and the shower was broken. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and I slept decently, but I wouldn't recommend it.

For a one-night stop, this was perfectly okay for the price. It's near the main roads, so the location works well if you're travelling through, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated and a bit smelly.

I stayed here with my brother-in-law and 46 other passengers on a Just Go holiday. This is my account of both overnight stays at ENZOS in Vierzon. Our first stop was on 28 September 2024, booking reference SS994312. At about 21:30, reception couldn't find our names or bookings, even after we showed the confirmation invoice from Just Go Holidays. The coach driver had disappeared, and nobody knew where he was. We spent an hour and a half trying to sort out a room. They first offered one on the fifth floor, but there was no lift and I couldn't manage all the stairs. Half an hour later they offered room 4 on the ground floor. It smelled of damp and mould, but we put up with it. At continental breakfast, there was one tray of ham, one tray of cheese, and a two-slice toaster. We had only 35 minutes before continuing to Spain. While I was sitting and eating a dry slice of bread, my chair legs broke and I hit my elbow and the side of my head on the opposite table. A female staff member walked past as it happened but didn't come to check on me. Three men from the coach tried to help me up, but I'm a big lad and they struggled. The receptionist from the night before then came out of the kitchen and helped me to my feet with two of the men. No staff member asked if I was okay. When I asked a female staff member for her name as we left, she gave it as Launa Peier. I and others told the driver, Michael, but he said there was nothing he could do and I would have to report it to Just Go Holidays. On 5 October 2024, the last night of the trip, my brother-in-law and I returned to the same hotel. We hadn't been allocated a room. A different male receptionist said there was one on the top floor, and I explained again that I couldn't climb a lot of stairs. When we left on 29 September, after I fell when the chair broke, we'd asked to have the same room on our second stay and were told it would be reserved. This receptionist said it was the only room left, so I refused and asked for the manager. He said he was the manager. After a while he said he'd ask the occupants of room 6 to move to a different room on the top floor. They agreed, and we eventually got room 6, where one person had been put in a room with three beds. I couldn't understand why they would put us all in different rooms on the second stay instead of the same rooms as the first. After breakfast on the second stop, I only had a coffee. I asked if what happened at the first breakfast had been recorded in an accident or safety book. I was told they don't use those, unlike in England. I asked again for the two men, the first named Abdellah and the second Roimain. The driver was nowhere to be seen again. I definitely won't use this hotel again.

It's handy for an overnight stop because it's close to the motorway. The hotel itself is grim, grubby, and dated. There's no air conditioning, and opening the windows means dealing with motorway noise. The beds are very uncomfortable, and outside light gets in because there are no blackout curtains. I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere.
